On the 14th, President Moon held a New Year's press conference at the Blue House State Guest House under the theme "Definite Change, Republic of Korea 2020," saying, "The Korea-US defense cost-sharing negotiations must be conducted with reasonable and fair sharing for the public to agree, and it must also receive the approval of the National Assembly."
