Completion of the Wooden Culture Experience Center at Daegu Arboretum
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Yushin] The Daegu City Construction Headquarters announced on the 6th that it has completed the Wooden Culture Experience Center inside Daegu Arboretum and will open it in April.
The facility has one basement floor and two above-ground floors, with a total area of 980㎡ and a project cost of 6.2 billion KRW.
It is designed as a play space using eco-friendly wooden toys, a wooden experience area for toddlers and elementary school students, and a woodworking workshop.
The interior of the experience center is finished with hinoki cypress, which has excellent antibacterial and sterilizing properties.
