Booyoung Group announced on May 11 that it is recruiting new and experienced employees for its construction division.
The recruitment areas include architecture, civil engineering, safety, and other construction-related fields. Common qualifications required are a bachelor's degree or an equivalent or higher degree, as well as eligibility for overseas travel. Applicants with professional engineering licenses in the relevant fields or foreign language proficiency will be given preference. Final hires will be assigned to Booyoung Housing and affiliated domestic and overseas companies.
Applications can be submitted through the Booyoung Group website until May 15. The selection process consists of a document screening followed by interviews. The hiring schedule and post-employment department or location may change depending on company circumstances.
A representative from Booyoung Group stated, "Despite the uncertain construction market, we are striving to solidify and expand our business areas such as housing development and to secure outstanding talent who will lead the future," adding, "We intend to discover new growth engines and provide stable housing supply in collaboration with professional talent."
Booyoung Group drew attention as the industry's first company to introduce a childbirth incentive system that provides 100 million won per employee's child. In addition, the company operates various welfare programs, including scholarships for employees' children, support for direct family members' medical expenses, family allowances, and leisure benefits such as resort and golf course usage.
