Samsung Electronics Expands 'Baro Service' to Enhance Customer Accessibility
On May 19, Samsung Electronics announced that it will expand the operation of its 'Baro Service,' which enhances customers' access to service.
The 'Baro Service' operated by Samsung Electronics Service allows customers to receive product inspection, repair, and consultation all at once at Samsung Store locations, without needing to visit a service center.

Since October last year, Samsung Electronics Service has been piloting the Baro Service at four Samsung Store locations in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The average daily number of customers using the Baro Service increased by more than 30% from January to April this year compared to the initial period from October to December last year.
In response, Samsung Electronics Service is adding the Baro Service to three additional Samsung Store locations so that more customers can access one-stop services, from product inspection to purchase consultation. In addition to the four existing locations in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, the service will now also be available at three regional hubs: Seogyeongju (Gyeongju, Gyeongsangbuk-do), Daeyeon (Nam-gu, Busan), and Namsuncheon (Suncheon, Jeollanam-do), bringing the total number of locations offering the service to seven.
With the expansion of the Baro Service, customers can now reduce the inconvenience of traveling to a service center and conveniently receive product inspections at nearby Samsung Store locations. The Baro Service also offers shorter average wait times compared to service centers, making it easier for customers to receive simple smartphone inspections and usage guidance. The smartphone screen protector installation service is available on-site both on weekdays and weekends, with a quality guarantee provided after installation.
