SK hynix Tops “Best Large Companies to Work For” Ranking Based on Employee Review Data
JobPlanet Announces “Top 10 Large Companies to Work For”
JobPlanet, the career platform operated by Worksphere, announced on the 18th that it has released its “Top 10 Large Companies to Work For” based on employee review data accumulated over the past year.
This ranking was calculated by combining scores from five categories—work-life balance, promotion opportunities, salary and benefits, company culture, and CEO approval—based on reviews from current and former employees of large Korean companies posted between April last year and April this year.
SK hynix ranked first overall, achieving a total score of 20.92. SK hynix placed first in four categories: salary and benefits (4.7 points), company culture (4.18 points), CEO approval (4.05 points), and promotion opportunities (4.02 points). The company received high marks for its compensation, organizational culture, and growth opportunities. Under record-breaking business results, labor-management agreements on performance-based incentives have led to increased employee satisfaction with the company’s compensation system and communication methods.
GS Caltex came in second with 20.3 points, receiving the highest score (4.73 points) in the work-life balance category. Current employees expressed high satisfaction with the work environment and welfare benefits, noting “flexible use of annual leave” and “excellent welfare and compensation.”
Hyundai Motor Company ranked third with 19.5 points. The company received consistently strong evaluations in key areas such as work-life balance (4.21 points) and salary and benefits (4.34 points), and CEO approval also increased compared to the previous year. Most reviews highlighted the “stable work environment and welfare infrastructure.”

The rest of the top 10 included POSCO Holdings, NongHyup Bank, Samsung Electronics, KT, LOTTE Chemical, LG Electronics, and Hanwha.
