The Korea Arts Council announced on May 13 that it will operate the summer edition of "Harim's Four Seasons Literature Bookshelf" on June 9 at the Arko Hall on the first floor of the Arko Main Building in Naju, Jeollanam-do.
"Harim's Four Seasons Literature Bookshelf" is a program designed to expand literary appreciation opportunities for residents of the Gwangju and Jeollanam-do regions. The artist Harim participates as a regular host, inviting writers for each season and presenting discussions, music, book talks, and readings together.
This summer edition, the third in the series following poet Na Tae-joo and author Luri, will feature author Jung Jia, who wrote the novel "A Father's Liberation Diary." Jung has received several awards, including the Lee Hyo-seok Literary Award, Sim Hun Literary Grand Prize, and Kim Yu-jeong Literary Award. She also won the 38th Manhae Literary Award, the 20th Seorabeol Literary Award, the 39th Yosan Kim Jeonghan Literary Award, and the 5·18 Literary Award for "A Father's Liberation Diary."

In this program, Jung will meet readers to discuss the themes of life, history, and the meaning of family. Harim's music will be added to the conversation, and prior to the main event, there will be a pre-program where participants can make fans inspired by the summer atmosphere.
