The special lecture, organized in cooperation with the Gwangju Metropolitan Police Agency, featured presentations and a Q&A session based on actual investigation cases by Inspector Lee Jehyeon and Sergeant Choi Yeonwoo of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crime Investigation Division. The main topics included: analysis of jeonse fraud types, a core guide to the Certified Real Estate Agents Act, and practical training on reading and interpreting certified copies of real estate registers, all aimed at strengthening field-oriented practical capabilities.
Participating students learned to assess contract risks on their own through hands-on practice in interpreting real estate registers, and strengthened their competency as informed consumers by familiarizing themselves with revised laws and the responsibilities of real estate agents.
This special lecture is recognized as an exemplary case of a "locally tailored program," which is a core objective of the RISE project, and is evaluated as having contributed to improving residential well-being and trust in the community through collaboration between the university and related organizations.
