Inha University to Launch Student Collaboration Projects for Global Climate Crisis Response in 10 Countries
Inauguration Ceremony Held for the 3rd 'Global Green Challenger' Program
Inha University will launch 44 student collaboration projects in 10 countries this year through its 'Global Green Challenger (GGC)' program.
The university announced on the 13th that it recently held the inauguration ceremony for the 3rd GGC Program. The GGC is a convergence education program led by the Inha University Climate Crisis Response Project Group, where students from domestic and international universities jointly participate in climate crisis response activities.

View original imageLast year, 182 students and faculty members from 13 countries participated in the program. This year, about 100 university students will visit 10 countries across five regions—South America, Southeast Asia and China, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus—to carry out joint projects.
In addition, around 100 students from Inha University and other universities within the environmental consortium, mainly in the countries hosting the GGC program, are expected to participate in the overseas standard field training semester program. This program will take place during the summer and winter breaks and the fall semester at 17 local companies in 11 countries.

Kim Joungho, head of the Inha University Climate Crisis Response Project Group, said, "We plan to add two African countries to the program next year," and added, "We will broaden the horizons of convergence education by promoting cooperation and international exchange between domestic and international universities."
