Appointed as Joint Election Committee Chairpersons
On May 12, the 'Hope Camp' for Democratic Party candidate for Daegu mayor Kim Boo-gyeom announced the appointment of Kim Young-cheol, former chairman of the Daegu Citizens Foundation (Honorary Professor of Economics and Finance at Keimyung University), as the standing co-chairman of the election committee. Park Seok-hyun, former president of TBC; Park Young-seok, former president of Daegu MBC; and Shin Kyung-sik, senior vice president of the Daegu Commercial High School Alumni Association, were appointed as joint election committee chairpersons.
Kim Young-cheol, who joined as standing co-chairman, is a regional civil society figure who has continued to work in community innovation activities.
Democratic Party candidate Kim Boo-gum for Daegu mayor visited the National Debt Repayment Movement Memorial Association and held a meeting.

Park Young-seok is a former president of Daegu MBC and former chairman of the 2·28 Democratic Movement Memorial Project Association, and is currently serving as a distinguished professor at Daegu Catholic University. Senior Vice President Shin Kyung-sik has worked in both the community and economic sectors.
Hope Camp also appointed five heads of media publicity and six special media publicity advisors.
