'SMEs Week' Kicks Off... 83 SME Events Held Nationwide
38th SMEs Week Runs from the 11th to the 15th
This Year's Theme: "Transforming Change into Opportunity, Challenging SMEs"
The Korea Federation of SMEs announced on the 10th that, in celebration of the 38th 'SMEs Week,' it will hold a total of 83 events dedicated to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in 17 cities and provinces nationwide.
This year, SMEs Week will be held from the 11th to the 15th under the theme 'Transforming Change into Opportunity: Challenging SMEs.' This year's events will focus on the topics of 'growth' and 'coexistence.'
Events related to growth will include the following: ▲ A symposium on the structural transformation of the startup ecosystem, ▲ The KBIZ Small Business Owners' Rebound Solution, and ▲ A policy forum on spreading AI transformation (AX) as a new growth engine for SMEs.
Coexistence-related events will include ▲ A briefing session on strengthened Fair Trade Act sanctions and response strategies for SMEs, and ▲ The 'Lovely Concert: Sharing Love for SMEs.' In addition, regional headquarters will host ▲ policy roundtables to discuss local SME policy challenges.
The '2026 Korea SME Businesspeople Conference,' the nation's largest festival for SME entrepreneurs, will also be held on the 19th at KBIZ Hall in the Korea Federation of SMEs building in Seoul.
