Korea Investment Management's "ACE Nvidia Value Chain Active" ETF Surpasses 250 Billion Won in Net Assets
Over 35% Growth Since the Beginning of the Year
Achieves 231.4% Annual Return
The net asset value of Korea Investment Management's "ACE Nvidia Value Chain Active" Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) has surpassed 250 billion won.
According to the Korea Exchange on May 7, the net asset value of the ACE Nvidia Value Chain Active ETF as of the close on May 4 stood at 250.8 billion won. This represents a growth of more than 35% since the beginning of the year, up from 184.5 billion won at the end of last year. The fund recorded a return of 62.65% over the past six months and 231.40% over the past year.
According to Samjong KPMG Economic Research Institute's report, "2026 Global Semiconductor Industry Outlook," the current size of the global semiconductor market is approximately USD 975 billion, on the verge of reaching USD 1 trillion. The report identifies microprocessors and memory, including GPUs, as the fastest-growing sectors, and projects that demand for AI accelerators will continue this year. According to the Software Policy & Research Institute, Nvidia holds about 86% of revenue share in the data center GPU market.
The ACE Nvidia Value Chain Active ETF reflects these market trends by including companies related to AI semiconductors, with Nvidia at its core. As of the previous day, Nvidia accounted for 20.9% of the fund's holdings. Other major holdings include TSMC, SK hynix, Vertiv Holdings, Intel, and Lumentum.
Nam Yongsoo, Head of ETF Division at Korea Investment Management, said, "Through the ACE Nvidia Value Chain Active ETF, investors can invest in value chain companies organically connected to Nvidia, which leads the AI industry, and keep pace with the speed of technological innovation." He added, "By actively utilizing active management and conducting frequent rebalancing, the fund will continue to evolve in line with changes in the AI industry and respond nimbly to market dynamics."
