Rebuttal to Gwangguk Na's Claims
Actions Deemed as "Refusal to Accept Primary Results"
The camp of Kim San, the Democratic Party candidate and winner of the Moan County governor primary, has strongly rebutted the call for his resignation by candidate Gwangguk Na.
Kim San, the Democratic Party candidate for the Mayor of Muan County, fully refuted the press conference demanding the withdrawal of Na Gwangguk, Ryu Chunoh, and Choi Oksu, preliminary candidates for the Muan County Mayor. Provided by the candidate camp

They further asserted, “Blaming a specific candidate for the defeat in the runoff is not only contrary to the facts but also undermines the fundamental principles of the party primary.”
In particular, regarding Na’s camp disclosing the runoff vote results, they emphasized, “This is a serious violation of the party’s security guidelines,” and added, “It essentially overturns the principle of respecting election results, which was agreed upon before the primary, and is tantamount to a declaration of non-acceptance of the primary outcome.”
The Kim San camp also raised concerns about certain media reports, stating, “There have been exaggerated and distorted reports portraying a simple administrative procedure by the Election Commission as a serious crime,” and warned, “We plan to take uncompromising legal action against such conduct.”
Kim San called for an end to unnecessary negative attacks for the sake of Moan’s development and urged Gwangguk Na’s camp to join in establishing a fair election culture.
