Aiming to Strengthen Corruption Prevention and Enhance the Effectiveness of Job Ethics
Korea Rural Community Corporation has signed an "Executive Job Integrity Contract" to promote a culture of integrity. If violated, measures such as clawback of performance bonuses will be enforced.
On April 24, the corporation announced that it had signed the job integrity contract with Yoon Soha, Standing Auditor, and Lee Jungmoon, Standing Director, to practice integrity and ethical management.

It applies to all executives, including the president. Its purpose is to confirm the obligation of integrity and responsibility for violations, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of corruption prevention and job ethics.
