The Only Institution Under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism
Over 90 Points in All Categories: Products, Performances, and Exhibitions
The National Museum Culture Foundation announced on April 23 that it has been awarded an "Excellent" rating in the "2025 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey" organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, making it the only institution to be selected as an excellent institution for five consecutive years.
The foundation maintained its "Excellent" rating for five consecutive years from 2021 to 2025. It explained that it is the only institution under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to receive the "Excellent" rating for five consecutive years.
This year’s survey targeted a total of 186 public institutions, including 20 public enterprises, 54 quasi-governmental agencies, and 112 other public institutions. The foundation scored over 90 points in all categories, including museum product business, performance business, and exhibition operation business.
In the product business sector, the museum product brand "MU:DS" received positive evaluations for offering products that reinterpret artifacts in the National Museum's collection in a modern way and for enhancing the convenience of both online and offline distribution channels. The expansion of customized special sales services for corporate and institutional clients was also cited as a notable achievement.
Customer-centric service improvements continued in the performance and exhibition operation sectors as well. The children's and family theater "Theater Yong" expanded its lineup of planned performances and established a barrier-free viewing environment for people with disabilities and those with mobility challenges. The foundation also ran a seat-sharing program for the culturally underserved.
In the exhibition operation sector, a smart entry system was introduced to reduce congestion and strengthen information services. Through these efforts, the foundation stated it has created a more pleasant viewing environment.
Looking ahead, the foundation plans to enhance its operational systems by utilizing data and artificial intelligence (AI) and to further expand customized services. It also intends to diversify its online channels and improve its logistics and delivery systems.
