Each year, the event recognizes and awards outstanding employers, distinguished contributors, and employees with disabilities who have contributed to the promotion of employment for people with disabilities.
NC Service operates as a standard workplace for the disabled managed by NC, primarily providing game customer support along with a variety of other service-related work. As of March this year, 80 employees with disabilities are working at NC Service, with 83 percent of them being persons with severe disabilities.
NC stated that it has been making efforts to develop disability-friendly jobs and create an inclusive working environment to enhance job security.
Professional staff, including sign language interpreters, social workers, and vocational counselors for persons with disabilities, work together to help employees adapt to their work and remain in employment. Thanks to these efforts, NC Service also received the Minister of Employment and Labor Award for 'Most Comfortable Workplace of the Year' in 2020.
