Modusign announced on April 15 that it has been selected as a supplier for the "2026 AX One-Stop Voucher Support Project," which is supervised by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).
The AX One-Stop Voucher Project is designed to accelerate the AI transformation (AX) of domestic companies by providing integrated support for AI, cloud, and data in the form of vouchers. The total project size is 26 billion won, with approximately 1.3 billion won allocated per project.
In particular, unlike previous support programs that were limited to small and medium-sized enterprises, this project allows participation from mid-sized and large enterprises as well, which is expected to drive strong demand from large organizations seeking company-wide AX adoption.
With its selection as a project supplier, Modusign plans to supply its AI contract management solution, "Modusign Cabinet," to mid-sized and large enterprise clients that handle large volumes of contracts, thereby accelerating its expansion into the contract lifecycle management (CLM) market.
"Modusign Cabinet" is an AI solution that transforms paper contracts and unstructured data stored in company PCs or drawers into systematic business assets. By leveraging optical character recognition (OCR) and AI technologies, the solution can extract and structure key data—such as expiration dates, penalties, and renewal conditions—from vast quantities of paper and electronic contracts within seconds.
The AI tracks extracted renewal and execution conditions in real time and proactively notifies the responsible person before deadlines are reached, thereby preventing unintended automatic contract renewals or penalties that could lead to financial losses. In addition, it enables integrated management of scattered contract data on a single platform, allowing users to get a comprehensive view of all company contracts—including main contracts, purchase orders, and delivery confirmations—and utilize this for business decision-making.
