On the day of the event, more than 20 people, including So Sanggyun, Chairperson of the Boseong Dahyang Festival Organizing Committee, and Ahn Geunsun, Secretary General, attended as the tasting panel and reviewed the overall food stall operation plans and menu selection.
Participants sampled each menu item and comprehensively evaluated customer satisfaction relative to price, cooking quality, and hygiene management, while also sharing suggestions for improvement.
More than 20 menu items were presented at the tasting, including Green Pork Cutlet, Green Tea Minari Pork Belly, Beef Green Tea Rice Noodles, Boseong Scallion Chicken, Green Pork Lettuce Kimbap, Freshwater Snail Bibimbap, and Green Tea Gelato.
In particular, the "Matcha Zone," which is the core content of this year's festival, will feature dedicated menus such as beverages, desserts, and fusion dishes made with Boseong matcha, which are expected to draw strong interest from younger generations and international visitors.
The final menu, determined based on the results of the tasting event, will be released through the Boseong Dahyang Festival website and on-site guides, enabling visitors to access the information they need to make their selections in advance.
So Sanggyun, Chairperson of the Boseong Dahyang Festival Organizing Committee, stated, "We have worked to convey the flavors and sincerity of our county through distinctive menus featuring Boseong’s specialty products," and added, "Through rigorous quality control, we aim to make the festival one that visitors will want to return to, being satisfied with both price and taste."
