This competition was organized as part of the "Changwon-Style Education Development Special Zone Project," aiming to foster future talent through practical entrepreneurship education linked to local industries.

Twelve teams from six specialized high schools in the city participated in the competition, presenting their startup ideas. They improved the completeness of their ideas through pre-competition entrepreneurship education and expert mentoring. On the day of the event, teams were evaluated through IR pitching on aspects such as business viability, technological potential, and growth prospects.

The judging panel, composed of experts in entrepreneurship, venture business, and finance, evaluated the teams and awarded the following honors: the Grand Prize went to the Sojungdae team from Gyeongnam Tourism High School; the Excellence Prize to the Gaon team from Hanil Girls' High School; the Merit Prize to the Three Idiots team from Masan Technical High School; and the Encouragement Prizes to the SQUARE team from Hanil Girls' High School and the UNO team from Gyeongnam Electronics High School.

In particular, this competition was significant in that it provided students with an experience similar to the actual startup process, going beyond mere presentations. It enhanced students' practical understanding and laid the foundation for them to grow into local resident-type entrepreneurial talent.

Jung Soon-Gil, Director of Local Autonomy Administration, stated, "The very process of students turning creative ideas into reality holds immense educational value," and added, "We will continue to actively support experience-centered education linked to local industries so that young talent can settle in the region."
