Among all visitors, 1,193 were Korean nationals (58%) and 874 were foreigners (42%). As the exhibition approached its final day, the number of foreign tourists increased notably, with 305 foreign visitors on April 12 alone. The main languages spoken by foreign visitors were Japanese (46%), English (36%), and Chinese (3%). Additionally, a significant number of visitors came from other language regions such as French and Russian (15%).
This exhibition went beyond a simple display, becoming a vibrant festival where fans exchanged merchandise and built a sense of community, closely connected to the concert events. Many concert attendees stayed in Goyang until the final concert date, revisiting the information center. As a result, sales at the Goyang City tourism souvenir shop inside the information center during the five-day period doubled compared to the total sales in March.
During the special exhibition, Goyang City also operated "Goyang Contrip" to encourage concert tourists to visit local commercial districts. From April 7 to April 12, the Goyang Contrip QR code guide page recorded a total of 835 views.
By commercial district, the distribution of views was as follows: Lafesta and Western Dome, with high demand for beauty products (45%); One Mount and Ilsan Garosu-gil, located near the concert venue and with a high rate of store information searches (33%); and Bamridangil and Anigol, where most searches were for cafes, bakeries, and brunch spots, focusing on casual meals (22%).
A Goyang City official stated, "As this is the early stage of operating Goyang Contrip, it has not yet directly translated into explosive sales increases for participating businesses. However, we will continue our promotional activities through QR codes and Contrip videos to ensure visitors can fully experience the charm of Goyang City."

On April 9, 11, and 12, when the BTS World Tour Arirang in Goyang concert took place and over 130,000 spectators visited, Goyang Special City (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on April 14 that the performances concluded without a single safety accident.
As the first host city of the BTS World Tour, it was anticipated that a large number of spectators would gather even before the event began. Goyang City worked closely with Ilsan Seobu Police Station, Ilsan Fire Station, and Daehwa Station to ensure comprehensive safety management. In particular, the city held administrative support planning meetings and coordination meetings with relevant agencies to establish detailed response plans.
The Goyang City Disaster Response Office, which was responsible for crowd management, independently developed a "Large-Scale Performance Mass Crowd Safety Management Enhancement Plan." This included establishing an integrated safety management response system, operating an integrated control room (CP), utilizing the disaster safety communication network (PS-LTE), and adopting smart technologies to create a robust safety management foundation.
Real-time response measures were also implemented to relieve congestion caused by crowd density. After the concert, when spectators converged toward Exit 3 of Daehwa Station, the city flexibly controlled congested areas and dispersed the flow of spectators.
Spectator movement was guided from the North Gate toward Seo-gu Office, and from the East Gate toward Seo-gu Office, to prevent crowding in one place. The path from the South Gate to the East Gate was blocked to divert spectators to Exit 2 of Daehwa Station. Notably, during all three concerts, Goyang City safety officers participated in on-site guidance and maintaining order, contributing to smooth crowd management.
Despite rainy weather on the first day, safety officers calmly guided spectator movement and minimized congestion. Spectators who received on-site guidance noted that "movement was much smoother," and approximately 10,000 people used the guided routes, resulting in a reduction in crowd density.

A Goyang City official stated, "Although the BTS concert attracted a large number of spectators, close cooperation among related agencies and systematic on-site responses enabled the event to conclude without any safety accidents. We will continue to strengthen our on-site response capabilities for large-scale performances to ensure the safety of both citizens and visitors."
