The exhibition space, themed around "Forest," "Sea," "Fruit," and "Siheung," features animal and marine life artworks reinterpreted using blocks.
In particular, a continuous hands-on program will allow visitors to assemble blocks and complete their own unique creations, offering people of all ages the opportunity to experience creative activities that combine play and art.
Artist Kim Gyehyun, who is participating in this exhibition, has introduced a unique world of creative works using his self-developed hexagonal "Keple Block," which can be assembled and transformed. Through this participatory exhibition, he presents a new artistic experience.
Tae Woo Kim, Director of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said, "I hope everyone will experience artistic enjoyment and fully unleash their creativity and imagination through the nature and landscapes of Siheung, reimagined with blocks."
SNU Baegot Art Cube, the venue for this exhibition, is a cultural arts space created by utilizing the lobby of the Education Cooperation Building on the first floor of Seoul National University Siheung Campus. It is an open cultural venue accessible to all citizens.
