Samsung Electronics Service Centers to Expand 'Reservation Service'
Reservation Service Available at All 169 Service Centers Nationwide From April 1
Service Offered Tuesday to Friday
Samsung Electronics Service will expand its 'Reservation Service,' previously available only at selected service centers, to all service centers nationwide starting April 1, 2026.
The 'Reservation Service' allows customers to have their mobile phones, tablets, and wearable products inspected at their preferred time without waiting.

View original imageTo enhance customer convenience, Samsung Electronics Service began a pilot program for the reservation service at 23 major service centers nationwide in September 2025.
As a result of the pilot program, the proportion of reservation customers among service center visitors increased by more than 50% in March 2026 compared to September 2025, when the service was first introduced.
Customer satisfaction surveys also showed higher satisfaction among those who used the reservation service.
Accordingly, from April 1, 2026, Samsung Electronics Service will offer the reservation service at all service centers nationwide from Tuesday to Friday.
Customers can apply for the reservation service through the Samsung Electronics Service website and contact center.
On Monday mornings, demand accumulates over the weekend, resulting in more than 40% higher visitor numbers, so the reservation service will not be available at that time.
However, at the 23 major service centers that previously offered reservation services, the reservation time will be extended from 1:00 p.m. on Mondays through Friday.
Samsung Electronics Service plans to closely analyze the status of Monday afternoon reservation services before considering expansion to other service centers.
On weekends, customers can use the reservation service through the 'Weekend Care Center.'
In particular, for services such as product status or function checks that do not require immediate action, it is more convenient to use the reservation service from Tuesday to Friday, avoiding the crowded Mondays.
