Cosmax Group Announces First Half Open Recruitment for New Employees

AI Proficiency Preferred for Outstanding Candidates
Cosmax Group announced on March 25 that it will conduct its first half open recruitment for new employees this year.
The recruitment involves the holding company Cosmax BTI, as well as major affiliates including Cosmax, Cosmax NBT, Cosmax Bio, Cosmax Neo, and Cosmax AB. The available positions focus on R&I (Research & Innovation), as well as marketing (sales), overseas sales, strategic marketing, design, purchasing, and business administration. Applications can be submitted via the Cosmax Group recruitment website until 4:00 p.m. on April 6.
Eligible applicants are graduates and expected August graduates of four-year universities (including graduate programs). The selection process consists of document screening, an online artificial intelligence (AI) competency assessment and practical interview, final interview, and hiring medical checkup. The expected start date is June 2026.
Starting with this open recruitment, Cosmax Group has added AI proficiency as a preferred qualification. This change reflects the growing importance of AI utilization across all work areas as the company strives to lead trends and develop innovative technologies in the global beauty market. A new section has also been added to the personal statement, asking candidates to describe any experiences where they used AI tools to enhance their capabilities or improve efficiency.
Cosmax Group is expanding its online content to help applicants better understand the roles. This year, in collaboration with CatchTV, the group released a video introducing various in-house positions and welfare systems, focusing on "A Day in the Life of a Cosmax Overseas Salesperson." Within just one week of release, the video garnered about 55,000 views and over 100 comments, attracting significant interest from job seekers.
Through its official Instagram channel, Cosmax Group is also strengthening M2C (Manufacturer to Consumer) communication by posting short-form content featuring employee introductions and major company issues, tailored to the expectations of prospective applicants.
Cosmax Group plans to continue expanding its recruitment communication channels both online and offline by providing detailed information on job roles through the online job interview section of the recruitment website and hosting job fairs and information sessions at major universities in Seoul.
