Nationwide Fine Dust Levels Remain 'Moderate'

View original imageAccording to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning low will range from -4 to 7 degrees Celsius, while the daytime high is forecast to be between 12 and 18 degrees Celsius. In inland areas, morning temperatures will drop below zero, and the temperature difference between day and night will be significant, ranging from 15 to 20 degrees.
In the southern part of Gyeonggi Province, the east coast, Chungcheongnam-do, and the Jeolla region, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters is expected in some areas until the morning. The atmosphere will gradually become drier along the east coast of Gangwon and in Gyeongsangbuk-do, so caution is advised to prevent fires.
Fine dust concentrations nationwide are expected to remain at a 'moderate' level. However, in the Seoul metropolitan area, levels are forecast to reach 'bad' in the morning.

Wave heights are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters off the east coast, 0.5 meters off the west coast, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters off the south coast. In offshore waters (up to about 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are forecast to be 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the East Sea and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in both the West Sea and South Sea.
