BTS Shares Message Ahead of Comeback Stage

The group BTS has directly urged fans to stay safe ahead of their comeback concert, which will be held at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul on March 21.
On March 19, BTS leader RM posted on Weverse, saying, "I'm excited to meet you at Gwanghwamun," and added, "Since this is a large gathering, I ask that everyone ensures the concert is safe and enjoyable for all." He went on to say, "On the day of the event, please be sure to follow the guidance of on-site staff and safety personnel and show orderly behavior. We expect you to do so." He emphasized, "It is the order and consideration shown by each and every ARMY (the fandom) that make for an even greater concert."
RM also expressed his gratitude to everyone supporting the event. He said, "I am truly grateful to the police officers, firefighters, government, and local authorities, as well as to everyone who is working hard to ensure safety."
Jin, the oldest member, said, "Our comeback is already just one day away," and added, "Thanks to the help and support of so many people, we're able to hold our comeback show at Gwanghwamun." He continued, "It is an honor for us to greet everyone together again at such a meaningful place," and added, "We thank everyone who has helped and understood us." He further stated, "We will also do our best to put on a great performance," and asked, "For those attending the event, please pay attention to safety."

View original image'BTS Comeback Live: Arirang,' which will take place at 8 p.m. on March 21 at Gwanghwamun Square, is a free concert celebrating their return after 3 years and 9 months. Police estimate that up to 260,000 people may gather in the area, including 22,000 concertgoers, and will deploy about 6,700 officers.
The National Police Agency will establish triple barricades on five main roads and 15 side streets around the venue on the day of the concert to block any vehicle from breaking through. A command system will be set up across 15 designated zones, and metal detectors will be operated at 31 gates to prevent dangerous items from being brought in. The police will also deploy a special drone response team equipped with jamming guns and other devices to detect and block unauthorized drones.

On March 20 at 1 p.m., the day before the concert, BTS will release their 5th full-length album 'Arirang' simultaneously worldwide. After the Gwanghwamun concert, the group will embark on overseas activities. On March 23 (local time), they will attend a Spotify event in New York, USA, and on March 25 and 26, will make a group appearance on NBC's 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,' where they will perform their new songs.
