1,573 Companies to Hold Shareholders' Meetings in the Fourth Week of March... Most Scheduled for the 26th
As the regular general shareholders' meeting season for listed companies is in full swing, 1,573 companies are holding their shareholders' meetings next week (March 23–29).
According to the Korea Securities Depository on March 19, out of 2,727 listed companies with a December fiscal year-end, 1,573 will hold their regular general shareholders' meetings next week.
During this period, the companies holding shareholders' meetings include 537 from the KOSPI market, 996 from the KOSDAQ market, and 40 from the KONEX market. On March 26 alone, shareholders' meetings will be held for 740 companies, including 297 from the KOSPI market, 424 from the KOSDAQ market, and 19 from the KONEX market.

This week, 211 companies are holding their regular shareholders' meetings, and Samsung Electronics held its meeting on March 18. SK Hynix is scheduled for March 25, and Hyundai Motor Company for March 26.
