Starting from this day through April 10, ANAM Electronics announced that it will conduct a public tender offer for 25,657,000 treasury shares, equivalent to a 33.27% stake, at 1,560 won per share. The total scale of the offer is up to 40 billion won. ANAM Electronics stated that the treasury shares acquired through this tender offer will be retired at an appropriate time in the future. The company also announced that it plans to purchase all shares tendered, even if the total number does not reach the target amount.
