The recruitment process will be divided into general and global tracks. The general track includes positions in SCM, robotics, AI and big data, IT development, finance and accounting, and safety/health. The global track includes global SCM and global business management roles. Since last year, CJ Logistics has expanded its recruitment of key talent in global and IT fields to promote future growth. This year, the company is further broadening its hiring scope by also fostering safety management experts.
On March 13, CJ Logistics held a recruitment briefing session at the Culture Storage Base in Mapo-gu, incorporating the game 'Cops and Robbers,' which was met with an enthusiastic response from Millennial & Gen Z applicants. About 100 candidates were selected to participate in the event, which allowed them to naturally learn about the company's business and recruitment process through the game. In addition, a 'Rotation Briefing' was held, giving applicants the opportunity to gain insights from current employees working in various roles.
Applications will be accepted from March 18 until April 1 through the CJ Group recruitment website. The hiring process consists of a document screening, AI competency assessment, personality and aptitude test, practical interview, and executive interview. Final candidates will join the company in July and undergo onboarding training for new employees.
