CJ Olive Young Launches First Half Recruitment... Double-Digit Hires Across 23 Positions
Recruitment for MD, Development, and PM Positions
Dual Track: General and Global, Applications Close April 1
Expanded Job-Specific Briefings
Enhanced Applicant Engagement with Experiential Programs
CJ Olive Young will be accepting applications for its "2026 First Half New Employee Recruitment" until April 1, 2026.
The recruitment covers a total of 23 positions, including MD, Backend Developer, and Product Management (PM), with double-digit hires planned.
This recruitment process is divided into two tracks—‘General Track’ and ‘Global Track’—depending on the position. The General Track is open to candidates who have a bachelor’s degree or who are expected to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in August 2026. The Global Track aims to recruit talent with global experience and language proficiency to support the expansion of global business, specifically those who meet one of the following: over four years of overseas residency, a bachelor’s degree or higher from a foreign university, or qualifying scores in language speaking tests. Details regarding eligible countries and score requirements can be found in the recruitment notice.
Applications can be submitted through the CJ Group recruitment website, after which candidates will go through document screening, testing, and first and second interviews before final selection. Successful candidates will join the company in July and complete a new employee training program.
The company has also strengthened its recruitment briefings to better engage applicants. Both online and offline briefings have increased in frequency and scale, and are tailored by role—such as MD/Product Marketing and Backend/PM—to provide more detailed information. In particular, the MD briefing features an experiential program.
Information on company culture, benefits, and the actual work for each position can be found on the CJ Olive Young recruitment blog.
