JobKorea Sees 298% Surge in Click-Through Rate After AI-Centered Main Page Overhaul
Albamon Also Sees Increases in Clicks and Applications
Worksphere announced on March 17 that both JobKorea and Albamon have seen a significant increase in user job post click-through rates and application conversion rates just one month after overhauling their main service pages with an artificial intelligence (AI)-centered approach.
This update is the first major change following Worksphere's declaration of an AI Career Agent-centered vision and has attracted considerable attention. AI-recommended job postings have been prominently placed on the main page, and the entire user experience (UX) has been fundamentally revamped. JobKorea introduced a new section called "Today's AI Insight," which provides AI-analyzed personalized guides, keywords, and recommended jobs. Albamon also rolled out personalized job postings powered by its proprietary AI solution, LOOP Ai, while drastically simplifying the sign-up and resume creation processes.
The job posting click-through rate (CTR) for job seekers at JobKorea and Albamon increased by 298% and 158%, respectively, compared to before the update. Conversion rates (CVR) from viewing to applying also rose; JobKorea saw about a 35% increase due to the implementation of its advanced "Recommendation 3.0" compared to the previous "Recommendation 2.0." At Albamon, the adoption of the new main user interface (UI) led to a 119% increase in application conversion rates compared to before.
Service updates aimed at job seekers with little or no prior application experience also drew attention. JobKorea launched "Curation JOB," which uses AI to carefully select and provide job lists tailored to individual preferences. JobKorea plans to continuously enhance the accuracy of its recommendations based on its AI technology. The company aims to more precisely connect job seeker behavioral data with information such as job roles, skills, and industry sectors, and to innovate the hiring experience by creating synergies with the corporate and job seeker-targeted AI agents scheduled for release in the first half of the year.
