Seoul City will provide information about the upcoming BTS (Bangtan Sonyeondan) event, which will be held at Gwanghwamun Square on March 21, through the comprehensive information page on the city’s official website.
The city plans to minimize inconvenience for concertgoers by providing real-time updates on essential information regarding transportation, safety, and convenience facilities on the Seoul City website.
Through this page, visitors can find crucial details such as: ▲ real-time information on subway trains passing without stopping, ▲ temporary detour bus routes and other public transportation operations, ▲ vehicle control zones, ▲ a list of items prohibited inside the event venue, and ▲ the locations of restrooms near the concert area.

The 120 Dasan Call Foundation will increase its number of counselors and foreign language support staff—including English, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Mongolian—and will deploy additional personnel on the evening before and on the day of the concert. On the day of the event, guides from the Seoul Tourism Foundation will provide on-site information services regarding transportation and accommodations at tourist sites near the concert venue, such as City Hall Station and Seochon.
The ‘Seoul Gallery’ on the first basement floor of City Hall will be transformed into the ‘Seoul Stay Lounge’ from March 20 to April 12. This space will serve as a rest area for citizens and tourists and as a hub to showcase the charms of Seoul and promote city government initiatives. In ‘My Friend Seoul’ Halls 1 and 2, a media zone will be set up where visitors can relax while enjoying videos of Seoul’s nightscape and listening to K-pop music.
On weekends, the Seoul Gallery performance hall will host a variety of cultural performances, including K-pop, fusion Korean traditional music, and crossover genres. These cultural events will take place every Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m. in the central performance hall of Seoul Gallery.
