Wadle Supplies AI Agent Gento to Gonggu Market
Automated Personalized Recommendations for Tools and Industrial Supplies
Wadle announced on March 16 that it has supplied the conversational artificial intelligence (AI) agent solution 'Gento' to Gonggu Market, a comprehensive online shopping mall for tools and industrial supplies, and is providing a real-time customer consultation service specialized for tools and equipment.
According to Wadle, Gonggu Market handles approximately 20,000 products, each with diverse specifications, which made it difficult to respond promptly to customer inquiries. After reviewing various AI-based services, Gonggu Market adopted Gento to overcome limitations in product guidance and recommendation processes.

Taking into account the complex specifications and the wide range of comparison items in tools and equipment, Gento is responsible for customer consultations, while sales representatives focus on quotation checks and final purchases, thereby dividing the workflow.
In particular, Gonggu Market has actively integrated Gento throughout the entire customer interface by developing a dedicated introduction banner for Gento on its main page and creating a separate 'AI Search' area to the right of the top search bar, where clicking it opens the consultation window. Since introducing Gento, Gonggu Market has been able to process more than 1,500 valid customer inquiries per month on average, utilize the accumulated consultation data for product planning and marketing, and improve overall work efficiency.
