The Gimcheon City Council in North Gyeongsang Province convened its 258th extraordinary session from March 10 to March 12, spanning three days.

View original imageAt the first plenary session that day, Assemblyman Yoon Youngsoo was appointed as the lead auditor, and a total of ten members were selected as the settlement audit committee for the 2025 fiscal year.
Assemblyman Yoon Youngsoo stated, "The settlement audit is an important process to ensure that citizens' valuable taxes have been used properly. I will carry out my duties diligently and with a sense of responsibility so that this can serve as an opportunity to increase public trust."
On March 11, the standing committee deliberated on a total of 23 agenda items, including a partial amendment ordinance bill on supporting volunteer activities in Gimcheon. On March 12, the council is scheduled to hold its second plenary session to give final consideration to each agenda item, thereby concluding the three-day session.
