Customers with the Onboard Service Application installed can check their vehicle's current service status information through the in-car monitor. If any required service is detected, the system will suggest the necessary maintenance and provide an online service reservation notification. Drivers can also view information about their preferred service centers registered in the system.
When a driver makes a service center reservation, the reservation details can be checked both on the display and through the Mercedes-Benz website or mobile application, with options to modify or cancel the reservation as well. This service is available for vehicles equipped with the 2nd-generation MBUX (NTG7) or 3rd-generation MBUX and above infotainment systems.
