KOMCA to Hold Open Recruitment for First Half of 2026, Focusing on Securing 'AI Talent'
Online Applications Accepted Until the 15th
Lee Siha, President of the Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA), is initiating organizational innovation through the first open recruitment since taking office.
On March 6, KOMCA announced that it will conduct open recruitment for both new and experienced employees for the first half of 2026 until March 15. Application documents can be submitted online via the association’s official website.
This recruitment reflects President Lee's personnel innovation strategy, following his inauguration on February 25. The goal is to secure future talent capable of adapting to the era of artificial intelligence (AI), thereby strengthening the organization’s expertise and efficiency.
The positions are divided into general management roles at headquarters and business management roles at five regional centers nationwide (Chungcheong, Honam, Gyeongbuk, Gyeongnam, and Jeju). Headquarters staff will handle all aspects of administration, including copyright contracts, collection, and distribution. Regional center staff will be responsible for on-site work such as monitoring copyright infringement and guiding users.
The recruitment process consists of document screening, an aptitude test, the first practical interview, the second final interview, and a medical examination. Successful candidates will undergo a probationary period before being evaluated for conversion to regular employment. The probationary period for new employees is six months.
