HDC Labs (CEO Lee Junhyeong) announced that it held the "HDC Labs NOVA 1st Training Completion Ceremony and Final Project Competition" at the Igros Education Center on February 28.

NOVA is a specialized academy operated by HDC Labs with the aim of fostering digital practical talent.

This training program was conducted over 120 days, totaling 960 hours, with two tracks: "Smart IoT Analysis and Service Development Using Generative AI" and "Smart IoT Full-Stack Developer."

Additionally, the curriculum was structured as a project-based hands-on learning experience, allowing AI and IoT technologies to be immediately applied in industrial settings.

The course was taught directly by current developers from HDC Labs' AI R&D Center, including Paek Jongmin, Head of AIoT & Platform Lab, who shared the latest technology trends and practical on-site know-how.

All 21 graduates will receive additional points when applying for open recruitment at HDC Labs, and those with outstanding academic performance will be exempt from document screening. During the competition held alongside the completion ceremony, a total of five teams presented their projects and were comprehensively evaluated based on their technical implementation capabilities and business application potential.

A representative from HDC Labs stated, "We focused on strengthening real-world data analysis and service development skills by utilizing our proprietary spatial information platforms 'inbase' and 'insite' in the training."

Currently, HDC Labs is recruiting trainees for the fourth NOVA program. Applications for each session will be accepted sequentially until March 23, and the final selected participants will undergo approximately six months of training from March 24 to September 12.
