iM Bank Holds "Happy Table" Free Meal Event for Vulnerable Local Residents
iM Bank announced that on March 4, it held a free meal event called "Happy Table" for local residents in partnership with the Daegu Metropolitan Red Cross Chapter at Duryu Park, Dalseo-gu, Daegu.
This event was organized to fulfill iM Bank's corporate social responsibility and to promote a culture of sharing. With the support funds provided by iM Bank, approximately 1,000 vulnerable community members were served a warm meal.
On-site, about 50 volunteers, including iM Bank employees, iM University student ambassadors, and Red Cross volunteer members, participated to serve food.
Every year, iM Bank carries out a variety of season-specific social contribution programs, including the "Happy Table" free meal service, sharing Samgyetang in the summer, and Kimchi-making events in the winter.
