Ssangyong E&C to Launch 2026 Open Recruitment for New Employees
Ssangyong E&C announced on March 4 that it is conducting an open recruitment for new employees.
The company plans to hire a total of around 30 people across eight areas: architecture, civil engineering, electrical, mechanical, plant, safety, sales, and administration.
Applications will be accepted through the recruitment website until March 16. Eligible applicants must hold a bachelor's or master's degree (including those expected to graduate in August 2026 or those scheduled to complete military service by June 2026) and must have no restrictions on overseas assignments.
Applicants who possess relevant certifications for their field, demonstrate proficiency in foreign languages (such as English, Spanish, or Arabic), are veterans, or are persons with disabilities will be given preferential consideration in accordance with applicable laws.

The selection process will proceed in the following order: online application screening, online aptitude test, first-round practical interview, second-round executive and team leader interview, and third-round management interview. Final successful candidates are expected to join the company in July 2026.
