The new employees helped make up for the shortage of manpower at the center. They supported subcontracted processing work such as ballpoint pen packaging together with workers with developmental disabilities, helping to ensure that the related work could proceed stably.
The Gangseo-gu Public Vocational Rehabilitation Center is a specialized institution for vocational rehabilitation for persons with disabilities and a production facility for products made by persons with severe disabilities. It supports the economic independence and social participation of persons with disabilities through activities such as producing masks and de-icing agents made by persons with severe disabilities and carrying out subcontracted processing projects.
