The signing ceremony was attended by Oh Byungju, Head of the GA Sales Division at KB Insurance, Byun Kwangsik, CEO of GA Korea, and other officials from both companies.
Through this agreement, the two companies decided to cooperate in several areas: strengthening internal controls and conducting autonomous inspections to reduce risks related to entrusted sales work; handling and preventing complaints to protect financial consumers; and advancing systems for the protection and management of personal information.
This business agreement is expected to go beyond simple collaboration for product sales, helping to raise the quality of insurance services by preemptively blocking unsound sales practices in the field and further strengthening personal information protection systems. It is also expected to contribute to enhancing trust in the insurance market by establishing a practical, work-focused autonomous inspection system, and to fostering a culture that puts consumer rights and interests first.
