20 Years of Lunar New Year Love... Busan Public Procurement Service Delivers Holiday Gifts to Facility for People with Disabilities
Visited Peace House in Buk-gu, Busan to deliver consolation gifts and monetary donations
The Busan Public Procurement Service (Commissioner Shin Bongjae) carried out a neighborly love initiative to mark the Lunar New Year.
The Busan Public Procurement Service announced that on the 12th, ahead of the Lunar New Year holidays, it visited Peace House, a social welfare corporation located in Hwamyeong-dong, Buk-gu, Busan, to deliver consolation gifts and a monetary donation.
Peace House is a residential facility for people with intellectual disabilities that supports the improvement of welfare for persons with disabilities through rehabilitation and protection programs. Since 2007, the Busan Public Procurement Service has been visiting the facility every holiday season to continue its sharing activities.

Commissioner Shin Bongjae said, "I hope that our marginalized neighbors in society can spend a warm and bountiful Lunar New Year, even if only a little," adding, "We will continue to show interest and take action so that we can fulfill the social responsibility of public institutions and help establish a culture of sharing and consideration in the local community."
