[Click eStock] Hana Raises LG Uplus Target Price to 20,000 Won... Maintains 'Buy' Rating
On January 27, Hana Securities raised its 12-month target price for LG Uplus by 25% to 20,000 won, citing increased expectations for shareholder returns. The investment opinion remains 'Buy'.
Kim Hongsik, an analyst at Hana Securities, stated in a report released on this day, "Thanks to increased service revenue and reduced costs, strong profit growth is expected this year, and the company is projected to repurchase treasury shares worth over 10 billion won more than last year." He added, "With a shareholder return yield reaching 6%, the investment appeal remains high."
He analyzed that, as expectations for increased shareholder returns are likely to spread following next month's earnings announcement, it is now time to strengthen the buy stance once again.
