Busan Port Authority to Offer Winter Vacation Children's Swimming Program at North Port Marina
Busan Port Authority (BPA, President Song Sanggeun) will run a special swimming program for children at Busan North Port Marina throughout January 2026, coinciding with the winter vacation.
This special course will be conducted as a one-month program from January 6 to January 30, targeting elementary school students who are at least 130 cm tall. Classes will be held four times a week (Tuesday to Friday) at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., with 20 students recruited for each beginner and intermediate class. The lessons will cover breathing techniques, floating, and stroke correction, with content tailored to suit everyone from first-time swimmers to children who are already proficient.
Registration for the swimming program will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the first-floor reception of the Busan North Port Marina aqua facility from December 23 to December 31, 2025. The facility is closed on Mondays for regular maintenance.
