Citizen-Participatory Classical Performance
Expanding Cultural Experiences
BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seongbin) has generously donated a sponsorship fund to support the development of culture and arts in Busan.
On the 23rd, Busan Bank announced that it had delivered a sponsorship fund of 30 million won at the Busan Cultural Center to help revitalize local culture and arts.
This sponsorship fund will be used for a variety of cultural and artistic projects in the region, including the "New Year's Eve Concert with BNK Busan Bank," which will be held at the Grand Theater of the Busan Cultural Center on December 31.
Since its opening in 1993, Busan Cultural Center has served as the region's leading cultural and artistic venue, collaborating with local arts organizations to provide a wide range of cultural content-including Korean traditional music, theater, dance, and music-thus contributing to the development of local culture.
This year's "New Year's Eve Concert" is a citizen-participatory classical music performance, in which an orchestra composed of more than 90 local citizen performers and young artists will take the stage. The event is designed as a cultural festival to share the meaning of the year-end together with professional musicians.
Moon Jungwon, Chief Consumer Protection Officer (CCO) at Busan Bank, stated, "We hope this will provide an opportunity for all local citizens to enjoy culture more easily and closely," and emphasized, "We will continue to support the growth of the local cultural and artistic ecosystem."
