The city plans to begin construction in January next year, complete the project in 2027, and open the center in 2028.
The center will include a swimming pool, a multipurpose gymnasium, multipurpose rooms for different age groups, a reading lounge, and convenience facilities for residents. The swimming pool, located on the fourth floor, will feature five 25-meter lanes and a children's pool. Family shower and changing rooms will also be provided.
On the fifth floor, there will be four multipurpose rooms that can be used by different age groups. The rooms will feature movable walls, allowing the spaces to be separated or combined as needed for various uses such as classes and programs.
The sixth floor will house a multipurpose gymnasium that can accommodate basketball, badminton, as well as local events and lectures.
The second floor will be developed as an open community space accessible to all citizens. This area will include a reading lounge, rest areas, and basic convenience facilities.
