View original imageAccording to the Korea Meteorological Administration, as of 5 a.m., the temperatures in major cities are as follows: Seoul -2.9°C, Incheon -1.4°C, Suwon -3.0°C, Chuncheon -4.4°C, Gangneung 0.4°C, Cheongju -0.6°C, Daejeon -1.8°C, Jeonju 0.8°C, Gwangju 1.4°C, Jeju 8.2°C, Daegu 1.2°C, Busan 1.3°C, Ulsan 0.3°C, and Changwon 0.9°C. Daytime highs are forecast to range from 4°C to 12°C.
In the western coastal areas of South Chungcheong Province and Jeolla Province, there may be less than 0.1 mm of rain or less than 0.1 cm of snow until dawn. Ulleungdo and Dokdo are expected to receive less than 5 mm of rain. As rain and snow may freeze, icy and slippery roads are likely in many areas, so caution is advised to prevent accidents.
Fine dust concentrations are expected to remain at 'good' to 'moderate' levels nationwide.

Waves in the sea will range from 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, and from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West and South Seas. In offshore areas (within approximately 200 kilometers from the coastline), wave heights are expected to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the South Sea.
