In the mid-sized and small business category, Dongbang received the Grand Prize and Kyungchang Industry was awarded the Excellence Prize, making a total of five companies selected.
KT, which won the Grand Prize, has established a safety and health management system that meets both domestic and international standards under the leadership of its management. Through its self-developed safety culture assessment and diagnostic program, the company is embedding a genuine safety culture throughout the organization and its partners. In addition, by operating an artificial intelligence (AI)-based safety management system (All-in Safety), KT supports real-time risk prediction and response across all stages of work, including safety work permits, weather information-based messaging, and video monitoring.
Dongbang has introduced a customized on-site safety management system developed in-house, establishing a digital framework that allows essential safety documents-such as work plans, pre-work safety meeting (TBM) logs, and equipment inspection records-to be easily created and managed in a mobile environment. The company also compiles and inspects all safety and health activities and implementation evidence from every site each month, continuously raising safety awareness on the ground.
