Kim Jin-ho, former Chairman of the Nonsan City Council from the Democratic Party of Korea and a prospective candidate for Nonsan mayor in next year's local elections, has held a publication ceremony for his autobiography, declaring, "I will redesign Nonsan," and officially launched his campaign.
Based on his 12 years of legislative experience, Kim has presented an assessment of current issues and a vision for the future, which is being interpreted as an effective declaration of his candidacy.
Kim will hold the publication ceremony for his autobiography, "Letter to Nonsan Citizens: A Promise to Restore Nonsan," at 2 p.m. on December 20 at the Nonsan Raon Wedding Hall.
The autobiography details the realities of Nonsan that Kim witnessed and experienced during his 12 years of legislative service, as well as his blueprint and roadmap for the city's future direction.
