Changwon Special City Selects Six Outstanding Teams as November Exemplary Public Officials for Contributions to City Administration Development
On December 5, Changwon Special City held a commendation ceremony in the city hall's administration meeting room to present awards to six teams that have made outstanding achievements in their respective roles and contributed to the development of city administration.
The teams selected as outstanding public officials this time are as follows: the Women's Policy Team of the Department of Women and Family, recognized for its contribution to the re-designation of Changwon as a women-friendly city; the Shared Property Policy Operation Team of the Shared Property Management Department, commended for actively seeking ways to utilize shared property effectively; and the Festival Team of the Tourism Department, acknowledged for its role in creating a distinctive festival venue at the 25th Masan Gagopa Chrysanthemum Festival.
Additionally, the Public Facilities Planning Team of the Public Facilities Planning Department was recognized for its efforts in establishing a comprehensive management plan for public construction projects in Changwon; the General Affairs Team of Bongrim-dong, Uichang-gu, was honored for contributing to winning the grand prize at the National Resident Autonomy Best Practices Contest; and the Childcare Team of the Family Welfare Department in Seongsan-gu was commended for its proactive support in approving location changes for private workplace daycare centers and resolving regulatory challenges. In total, six teams were selected as outstanding public officials.
Jang Geumyong, Acting Mayor of Changwon Special City, stated, "I would like to thank our employees for their dedication to their work in order to improve administrative services for citizens. We will continue to identify and actively reward employees who contribute to the development of city administration."
