Ulleungdo and Dokdo are expected to receive 5 to 10 centimeters of snow or 5 to 10 millimeters of rain, while the west and east coasts of North Jeolla Province, as well as the western parts of Gwangju and South Jeolla Province, may see less than 0.1 centimeters of snow or less than 0.1 millimeters of rain. Due to the snow and rain that fell since the previous day, icy roads and black ice are likely in many areas, so extra caution is advised for traffic safety.
