A Musical Dialogue of the Four Seasons in Port Cities
Mokpo City in South Jeolla Province will host the "2025 Year-End Concert - Two Four Seasons IN Harbor Mokpo" at 5:00 p.m. on December 20 at the Mokpo Culture & Arts Center, aiming to present citizens with a refined classical music stage to mark the end of the year.
According to the city on December 3, this performance is an original production that weaves together the four seasons of two port cities-Venice, Italy and Buenos Aires, Argentina-into a musical dialogue. The concert features a special program where audiences can enjoy both Vivaldi’s and Piazzolla’s "Four Seasons" in a single performance.
In addition, "The Four Seasons of Mokpo," a newly reinterpreted piece reflecting Mokpo’s identity, will be performed as the finale, delivering a profound resonance to the audience.
The concert is open to those aged five and above, with all seats priced at 5,000 won and operated as reserved seating. Residents of Mokpo, Muan, and Shinan are eligible for a 50% discount. Tickets can be purchased via Ticket Link starting December 5.
